Secondly; can you explain a little more about what exactly happened, what were your actions before you noticed losing money and how did you notice the loss?

I don't know what I did before it started charging me to harvest the Christmas trees. I just noticed that everytime i harvested one it sid "This cost you $75."

I have checked your farm, and all the trees are harvesting properly for me (although I was unable to check the Christmas trees, as they have been recently harvested). I will come back in a couple days, when the Christmas trees are ready for harvest, and double check to ensure that everything is working as it should. Thanks for your patience! -S.

pumpkins cost $75 per field to plant. If saving was considerably delayed at the time when you noticed the notice (well, that sounds great :)) "This cost you $75." it might still be saving what you did earlier. do you remember possibly planting pumpkins before you moved on to harvesting your christmas trees?

It will still be helpful if Suzanne tries to harvest your trees to see if she can reproduce your complaint, but I had to ask. :)

that is okay, I understand.

I think we should try to reproduce the complaint with just one or 2 trees. Suzanne Beia, agricultural advisor, has said earlier that she will check back in a few days when your Christmas trees are ready.
If you want to try it yourself I recommend to write down the amount of money you have before and after the harvesting and write down anything you notice and all the steps you take. I would harvest 1 or 2 before you do anything else on that farm, to make sure that delays from earlier actions on that farm won't be an issue.

Everything still seems to be working properly when I checked back tonight. Hopefully you will not experience any further strange results when harvesting, but in case you do, please let us know and we will try to summon the assistance of someone who is able to delve more deeply into the problem.
