myFarm Newsletter, Summer Lake and Facebook Credits
Newsletter
We haven't sent one of these for a while, from a technical side it just hasn't been viable to send these mass mailings more often. However with all the recent issues and Facebook removing many of the communication channels that in the past we would have used email communication becomes vital.
So the 14,000 users of the forum that have chosen to receive the newsletter will find it in their inbox over the next few hours (Some of you may have got yours already). The focus of this issue is are the various technical problems that users have been experiencing.
Now to send this we are using a remailing company which we are testing, if its successful then these newsletters will become more frequent (atleast every couple of months) .
Not subscribed? A public archive can be viewed here (http://www.imnicamail.com/v4/archive...VtcGxhdGVVUkw9) and I will be announcing via the usually channels whenever a new issue is sent out. Alternatively you can subscribe to the newsletter using the "Newsletter" tab I have placed on both the myFarm and myFarm Forums Fan Pages.
How did I get subscribed? You have signed up to use the forums and have chosen to receive the newsletter. There was some data loss during the transfer of the forums to a new server so its possible some users who chose not to receive the newsletter may do so. If thats you just click the Unsubscribe link in the email you receive.
Facebook Credits
We have added the ability to purchase both myFarm Credits and Credit only items using Facebook Credits. The great thing about Facebook Credits is you can buy them from Facebook and then they can be used as you see fit across any Facebook game that supports them
As you can see from the above screenshot when you try and buy a credit item and you don't have enough myFarm credits to purchase it you will get the shown popup. Get myFarm Credits will take you to the normal credits page to buy myFarm credits HOWEVER clicking the f Credits button will use any Facebook Credits to have to purchase the item.

Summer Lake
Last week we added a "Summer Lake" to the store. This is available for both my Cash and Credits
Toolbar Reward Items
There will be no 250 search item this month. While a good number of users earn the 150 search item the same can't be said for the 250 search item. The 250 item may return at a later date (In September we will reach a year of the toolbar, so the idea of 150 searches being a new items and 250 being one of the previous years has been floated as a possability). Remember that if you reach 300 you will receive a second 150 search item so you may still wish to continue searching after receiving the item.
