Just wanted to give everyone a "heads-up": it is possible that server A is having a problem this morning. Several users have experienced various problems, including loss of newly planted crops.

I would advise that those with farms on Server A should refrain from planting crops until more information is available. Those who plant crops on Server A are at risk of losing their crops as well as the Farm Cash spent in the cost of planting.

We will update this thread as more information becomes available. Thank you, Everyone, for your patience while this issue is being looked into.

Hopefully I haven't lost too much. Have just reached the millionaire status.
I did post to another link -- lost farm. Have updated my Adobe Flash Player 10,cleared cookies etc and rebooted my Windows Xp system.

Please keep me updated.

I've all so ha a problem tonight on server A with not getting paid after harvesting trees :( these are copies of warnings I also got on my page.

I had the same problems last night with my Server A farm. (See my post (http://www.myfarmcommunity.com/showpost.php?p=43358&postcount=4) on the "Farm disappeared" thread.) I decided to wait it out and this morning my farm loaded right up. None of my crops were ready for harvesting but I risked it and harvested a row of mango trees. I earned what I was supposed to earn. Hopefully this means the problem has been sorted out. We'll see what happens when I try to harvest a crop later on.

A friend of mine used my computer today to harvest her farm. She had to leave, so asked me if I would empty her gifts for her and just set them out on her farm. She would place them later. When I did, I noticed that none of the trees she had harvested were harvested, and none of the crops she had harvested were harvested. I went to her SETTINGS, and sure enough, her farm is on Server A.

I don't think she's lost any money or any crops, but I noticed when I harvested a tree, it said "You have earned $Null." Every time I tried to harvest one of her trees, it said the same. So, I guess the problem isn't solved - maybe just changed.:frog hiccough:

Thanks for the information. Not sure if this is a related problem or a different one, but I have encountered this before. If you would be able to get her Facebook User ID for us, we can have Joey take a look at her farm and hopefully fix it. -Suzanne

I just tested her farm and it seems to be working properly now. Let me know if it starts acting up again. :)

I know that problems with server A were supposedly fixed yesterday, but when I went to my farm today, there are still empty spaces where crops were. I had fixed the farm after the all clear yesterday. Just wanted to let you know there is still some kind of a problem going on

Thanks Suzanne for checking my farm yesterday and also Thanks to the techs that fixed the Server A problem. My farm -village seems to be working fine today. I did get the solid green screen a couple times when I updated my work. It's happened off/on in the past so I just kept hitting F5 until it brought the farm back up.
I can't believe I am so attached to this game! Just love it! lol :daisy:

Trouble on myfarm too. It will not load up...tries but never finished. Friends farms want load either. This startead today after i just earned farm credits to buy the combine. got it in my gifts but now the game want load! I have rebooted my PC and tried all I know. Please Help!

There is advice on how to fix loading problems in the Game Guide and in the Technical Section of the forum.

You have posted this in the wrong section. Please try to make sure that the Thread Title and Content closely matches your problem and that the last thread is still recent as it can cause problems if and old thread is resurrected wrongly.

How can you tell which server you are on? I went to the MyFarm settings at the top of the page and didn't see any indication of servers.

The "settings" is at the bottom of your farm page-click on "settings", then go to the top of the current new page:

the server/farm that is a different color is the server that you are on it will be one of these 5: A-B-C-D-E
That is your primary farm. Everyone has 5 farms whether they are using them or not.
